SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking numbers.  Our bulbs are each handmade to order.  Processing times are typically 1-2 weeks depending on the season (busy season is October-February and processing times then are generally 2-3 weeks), as well as our current number of pending orders. We are a small family owned business with only one two part-time employees.  We appreciate your patience as we make your beautiful, handcrafted bulbs!
